The cloche is bright nickel-plated spun aluminum, and the cradle is mirror-polished cast aluminum. The skewers are precision-machined, food-grade stainless steel. The cloche is bright nickel-plated spun aluminum, and the cradle is mirror-polished cast aluminum. The specially-designed skewer tongs produce an exceptionally quick and strong grip of the skewer rod. Tongs open and separate for complete cleaning.

Drip screen insert provides a dual benefit. It gives an elegant, high-tech look to the ensemble and it hides the unsightly juices which can fall to the serving tray when flambeeing medium and rare entrees.
